1. Nature of the Platform

Court Relish is a booking and payment platform that connects users with independent court owners. Court Relish does not own, operate, or control any sports courts, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any sports facility listed therein.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 15 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to use this platform.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and booking through Court Relish.
• You are solely responsible for your behavior, conduct, and compliance with the court owner's rules.

3. Role and Limitation of Liability

3.1 No Ownership or Control

Court Relish does not operate or manage any of the sports courts listed on the Platform. The Platform simply facilitates booking and payment transactions between Users and Court Owners.

3.2 No Liability for Disputes

Court Relish shall not be liable for any dispute, injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from:

• Issues related to court access, conditions, scheduling or refunds;
• Injury or accidents during court use;
• Cancellation or failure of a court owner to honor a booking;
• Misrepresentations by the court owner.

All claims, disputes, or complaints must be resolved directly between the user and the court owner.

3.3 Platform Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, Court Relish makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or that the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, or viruses.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• Payments made through Court Relish are processed via PayMongo.
• Cancellation policies are set by the court owners. Court Relish is not responsible for enforcing refunds unless explicitly required by law or agreed to by the court owner.
• User agrees to pay convenience fees in an amount set by Court Relish for the use of the platform, and for availing of the service(s) offered by Court Relish.
• By booking, you agree to the terms of the cancellation/refund policy, shown before final confirmation.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Court Relish, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your misuse of the Platform;
• Any and all claims arising from your interaction with a court or court owner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned or licensed by Court Relish and protected under Philippine intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or modify it without permission.

7. Privacy

Court Relish respects your privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, or misuse of the platform. We reserve the right to remove any user account from the platform upon our discretion, and without need of judicial recourse.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any and all disputes shall be brought solely and exclusively in the proper courts of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
