Partner Terms of Service

Court Relish provides an online marketplace and booking platform. We act as an intermediary to facilitate bookings and process payments between you and players. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

• Accuracy of Information. Provide accurate, up-to-date details about your facility including photos, amenities, pricing, and availability.
• Honoring Bookings. You are strictly obligated to honor all confirmed bookings. Double-booking or rejecting a confirmed player without valid cause violates these terms.
• Facility Maintenance. Maintain your facility in a safe, legal, and playable condition. You are solely responsible for compliance with all local safety and business regulations.

• Payment Processing. Court Relish collects full payment upfront from players via PayMongo.
• Platform Fee. A flat 2% platform fee is deducted from every successful booking to cover operational and processing costs.
• Remittance. Payouts are remitted to your designated bank account or e-wallet on a scheduled basis (as agreed during onboarding), minus our platform fee.
• Taxes. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes arising from your earnings.

You must establish a clear cancellation policy that is visible to players before they book.

• Partner Cancellations. If you cancel a confirmed booking, you are fully responsible for issuing a 100% refund. Repeated unexcused cancellations may result in suspension from the platform.
• Disputes. Court Relish is not responsible for covering the cost of refunds resulting from your failure to provide the promised service.

When a player books your court, you will receive their necessary contact information. You agree to use this information strictly for fulfilling the booking. You may not sell this data, use it for unauthorized marketing, or share it with third parties, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Assumption of Risk. Court Relish assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, theft, or property damage occurring at your facility.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Court Relish from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) injuries at your facility, (b) your violation of any laws, or (c) your breach of these terms.

Either party may terminate this partnership at any time. Upon termination, you must fulfill existing upcoming bookings or provide full refunds. Court Relish reserves the right to immediately suspend or delist your facility for severe violations including fraud, repeated cancellations, or safety hazards.

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be exclusively filed in the proper courts of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
