Partner Privacy Policy

Court Relish respects the privacy of our facility partners. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

This policy applies specifically to data collected to establish and maintain your business listing on the Court Relish platform.

1. Information We Collect from Partners

Personal & Business Identity. Your full name, contact numbers, email address, and proof of identity or business registration.
Facility Information. Address, geo-location, photos, operating hours, court details, and pricing.
Financial Data. Bank account or e-wallet details required for remitting booking payouts.
Platform Usage Data. Your login history, dashboard activity, and communications with our support team.

2. How We Use Your Data

To create and display your facility's public listing on the Court Relish platform.
To process payouts and remit your earnings securely.
To send operational updates, booking notifications, and monthly statements.
To verify your identity and prevent fraud on the platform.

3. How Your Data is Shared

With the Public. Facility details (name, location, prices, photos) are visible to all users browsing the platform.
With Players. Upon a confirmed booking, the player may see your designated contact number for coordination.
With Payment Processors. Your financial data is securely shared with PayMongo solely for processing payouts.
Legal Compliance. We may disclose information if required by Philippine law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

4. Your Responsibilities Regarding Player Data

As a Partner, you will receive personal information from players when they book your courts. You act as a Personal Information Controller for this data. You agree to use this data only to facilitate the booking. You must secure this data and are strictly prohibited from using it for unauthorized marketing or sharing it with third parties.

5. Data Retention and Security

We store your partner data on secure servers with strict access controls. We retain your financial and business data for as long as your facility is active on our platform, and for a period thereafter as required by Philippine tax and corporate laws.

6. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You may update your facility details or payment information anytime via your Owner Dashboard.
